Ortho Clinical Diagnostics

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics contracted Clean Room Construction to design and build a 77m² cleanroom extension, involving the conversion of existing engineering stores into a new and reconfigured cleanroom and transfer lobby to house two new processing machines.

The project incorporates a new plant platform housing a dedicated HVAC system with heating, cooling, humidification and filtration systems. A BMS control panel has been installed for the HVAC plant as well as new LED lighting, small power and data. Three automatic sliding doors are electronically interlocked via a central control panel.
