Our team plans, manages and carries out commissioning and testing for every cleanroom we build, bringing in specialist manufacturer support where needed.
Cleanroom Testing & Validation
CRC tests, commissions and validates cleanrooms to prove they meet their operational performance specifications and design intent. Our technical experts validate every facility we build, using the latest equipment and highly trained technicians.
Qualification
Our experienced technicians undertake qualification to prove that every facility we install meets all its operational performance specifications and design intentions, documented as installation, operational and performance qualification (IQ, OQ and PQ). All qualification results are recorded and presented in the handover technical manuals you receive on completion.
Classification and certification to recognised standards
We carry out cleanroom validation and classification testing to the appropriate external and internal standards for your facility, with classification measured to ISO 14644-1, using the latest equipment and highly trained technicians. Classification testing to a recognised standard gives you documented evidence that the room performs to the classification your process depends on.
Periodic revalidation
A cleanroom holds its classification only if it is retested on a schedule. We carry out periodic revalidation as part of a service contract, so your certification does not lapse between scheduled retests. We agree the interval with you, to suit your risk assessment and quality system. See Service & Maintenance.
