New manufacturing plant - Southeast England
Clean Room Construction created a suite of cleanrooms in a new manufacturing plant for JDSU (formerly JDS Uniphase) - a high technology company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes a comprehensive range of products for the fibre optic communications market.
Clean Room Construction was employed as the main contractor on a full turnkey design and build contract to include commissioning, validation and hook-up of the client's equipment.
The suite of ISO Class 6 and 7 cleanrooms plus office accommodation included all services, automatic chemical waste handling, automatic fire detection and building management systems.
Contract Value: Circa £4 million
