Technology & Innovation Centre - Cleanroom cluster
Clean Room Construction is proud to have successfully engineered the detailed design and installation of a cleanroom cluster at the world-leading Technology & Innovation Centre at the University of Strathclyde.
The Technology & Innovation Centre (TIC), which was officially opened by The Queen, incorporates high quality research and laboratory accommodation including a cluster of ISO Class 7 cleanrooms in a flexible and energy-efficient building. CRC carried out the detailed design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and validation of dry and wet cleanrooms, a scanning electron microscope cleanroom and measurement cleanroom on Level 7 of the TIC.
The TIC in the heart of Glasgow is now a hub for world-leading research which aims to transform the way academics, business, industry and the public sector collaborate to find innovative solutions to challenges that matter in areas of economic importance, including energy, health, future cities and manufacturing.
